Yakhin Pulao Recipe Easy and Tasty
Beef (Gai Ka Gosht): 1 kg
Salt (Namak): to taste
Green Chilies (Hari Mirch): 6
Small Cardamom (Elaichi): 4
Souf Seeds (Souf): 1 tablespoon
Onion (Piyaz): 2 chopped
Yogurt (Dahi): ½ cup
Cooking oil (Teel): ½ cup
Rice (Chawal): 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste (Adrak Lehsan): 2 tablespoon
Herb Long: 5
Bay leaves (Taiz Pat Ke Patte): 2
Fried onion (Tali Hoi Piyaz): ½ cup
Tomatoes (Timator): 3
Take a clean skillet, put beef in it, then add salt, Souf, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, herb long and bay leaves, now add water so that the beef gets soften properly, at this stage cover the skillet properly and wait.
For making Masala Pour oil in a separate Skillet add chopped tomatoes, little bit of ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies and salt browned it properly, then soak the rice in water.
As the beef gets soften off the flame, now in the skillet of Masala, add soaked rice and water present in the beef so that rice cook well also, add all the beef, as the water dries make flame very low for about 15 to 20 minutes, now dish out the Pulao and sprinkle fried onion on it before serving.
