Gulab Jaman Recipe Desi Delicious Taste
Dry milk (khushk doodh): 1 cup
Refined flour (maida): 1 tablespoon
Egg (anda): 1
Sugar (cheeni): 2 cups
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Small cardamom powder ( choti elaichi): 1 teaspoon
Ghee: as required
Take dry milk add refined flour, small cardamom, one tablespoon ghee and baking powder, now interweave this mixture with your hands by adding egg carefully. Check the better it should be very soft and oily. Make the round balls of any size you want now they are ready to fry.
Now take 1- ½ cup of water in skillet put sugar in it, then let it stay at medium flame for about 15 minutes, be careful this sugar water should not be thick.
Its time to take another skillet put ghee in it around one cup, the flame should be very low otherwise the balls will instantly get burn. One by one put balls in ghee and fry them till they get light brown color.
As they get light brown color put them out and directly pour them in sugar water and dip them with spoon, continue this procedure and make all gulab jaman. Now they are ready to serve you can make sweet gulab jaman at any occasion or party very easily at home.
