Milk (Doodh): 1 Liter
Egg (Anda): 1
Small Cardamom (Elaichi): 3
Almonds (Badaam): 8
Dry Milk (Sookha Doodh): 1 cup
Ghee: 1 tablespoon
Sugar (Cheeni): to taste
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
First take a clean bowl, pour dry milk, baking powder, egg and ghee, now, mix it well with hands and make the dough properly, now make little flat balls from this dough of equal size.
At this stage boil the milk completely in a proper manner and add small cardamom, sugar and chopped almonds, then mix it well with the spoon.
At this add the balls into the boiled milk one by one and do remember the flame under the milk should be at medium, as the balls get big size off the flame and cool it at room temperature, after 20 minutes put it into the refrigerator for proper cooling, now it is ready to serve.
