Yummiest Recipe Of “Mash Ki Daal ke Dahi Baray”


White pulse (Mash ki Daal): 250 grams

Ginger garlic paste (Adrak Lehsan): 2 tablespoons

Onion paste (Piyaz): 1

Green chili paste (Hari Mirch): 5

Salt and red chili (Namak and Red Chili): to taste

Sweet soda (Metha Soda): ½ teaspoon

Cumin (Zeera): 1 teaspoon

Oil (Teel): for frying

Yogurt (Dahi): 1 kg

A Mixture of spices (Garam Masala): as required


First of all take white pulse and soak it in the water for about 4 hours and then grind and make a paste, now  add ginger garlic paste, onion paste, green chili, salt, red chili, sweet soda and a mixture of spices. Heat the oil in the skillet on medium flame put this paste in the oil one by one with the help of a spoon and make all Baray, then put these Baray in the water so that they get soften.

Now add little bit water in the yogurt and mix it gently, now again take 3 tablespoons of oil add Zeera and heat it well. Now, it’s time for serving first take clean bowl, put all Baray in it, then pour the yogurt  after this pour the heated oil as Baghaar on it. The yummy Daal ki Dahi Baray are ready to eat with Chaat Masala.
