Delicious Recipe Of Daal Gosht

Daal Gosht Recipe Easy And Tasty


Meat (Ghost): 1 kg

Chana Pulse  (Chane Ki Daal): half cup

Chopped Onion (Piyaz): 3

Salt (Namak): to taste

Grinned Coriander (Pissa Dhaniya): 1 tablespoon

Tomatoes (Timator): 4

Mixture of  Spices (Garam Masala): 1 teaspoon

Ginger and Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan): 1 tablespoon

Mustard powder (Haldi): 1 teaspoon

Red chili powder (Lal Mirch): 1 ½ tablespoon

Oil (Teel): 1 cup

Fresh coriander (Dhaniya): 1 bunch

Green Chili (Hari Mirch): 3


First take a clean skillet, pour oil in it and add chopped onion and fry till it gets brown color, now  add meat, pulse, Grinned coriander, ginger garlic paste, mustard powder, red chili powder and water so that the meat and pulse get soften

As the meat and pulse get soften, add chopped tomatoes, salt and browned it completely, then add garam masala, fresh coriander and green chilies. At this stage again add some water to have the  curry and is ready to serve with Naan.
