Yummy And Easy Bread & Comel Kheer Recipe
Milk (Doodh): 1 kg
Small Cardamom (Choti Elaichi): 4
Sugar (Cheeni): as per your taste
Bread Slice (Double Roti): 4
Almonds (Badaam): 8
Comel: one tin
First of all soak the almonds in water then take clean skillet pour milk in it and boil it properly, after that grind the bread slices into the blender with little bit of milk, now pour this grinded slice into the milk and cook for 15 minutes.
Now add comel tin and mix it well with spoon along with it add Small cardamom and sugar carefully, as you know comel also has much sweetness so add sugar after tasting, now cook it well for about 40 to 45 minutes so that the Kheer gets quit thick. As it gets thick and creamy sprinkle the soaked almonds on it and serve the yummy desert.
