Delicious Bihari Kabab Recipe


Beef (Gosht): ½ kg

Yogurt (Dahi): 1 cup

Mixture of Spices (Garam Masala): 1 tablespoon

Ginger (Adrak): 2 tablespoon

Kachri Paste: 4

Onion (Piyaz): 1

Red Chili (Lal Mirch): 6

Mustard oil (Sarso Ka Teel): ½ cup

Salt (Namk): to taste

Coal (Koila): as required


First apply salt and mustard oil on the beef pieces properly, then after half an hour add the Kachri paste, a mixture of spices, ginger, yogurt and onion. At this stage marinate this for about 3 hours so that the spices mix very well.

Now heat the coal properly so that folk start to come, now fix the beef pieces into the Seekh and put them all in the folk of coal so that they get soften, after all Kabab are cooked they are ready to serve with Naan, Chatni and ketchup.
